Motors in August 1952. The lot was 90-feet by 160-feet deep. The
building on the property was originally the Norwood Christian Church
and was converted to a varnish factory in the 1920s. Heekin operated
it as a varnish plant until December 1951, when they dissolved the
varnish division.
