Auction Sale -- School Property

    Legal notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, April 18th, 1917, at 2 p. m. on the premises, THE NORWOOD BOARD OF EDUCATION will offer at auction the property bounded by Montgomery Pike, Elm Street and Smith Road and known as the CENTRAL SCHOOL, consisting of over an acre of ground and a substantial eight (8) room building.
    Property will be sold as a whole including the building.
    Terms—All cash or one-third cash; balance one and two years.
    The Board has the legal right to reject all bids, also to accept any bid it considers the best.
